The enormous demand for connectivity and transmissions of mass quantities of data is putting a strain on the current radio technologies. By 2019 more than ten billion mobile devices will transfer 35 quintillion bytes of information each month. As the market for IoT devices grows and sensors are added to more and more things and places, faster and massive data transmission will be required. Our current infrastructure simply cannot handle the quantity of data required to be transmitted if the IoT continues to grow at predicted rates. With 14 billions of light spots in the world, thanks to our LIFINET routers, we can bring unlimited bandwidth and connectivity everywhere.

Our standard LiFiNet router is based on a technology that requires a network cable and an electrical power cable to run. The LiFiNet router provides the power supply and data to the LED lighting. Then the data will be sent using LiFi protocols to the targeted mobile.

Power over Ethernet (POE) is a technology that lets network cables carry electrical power.

A LiFi LED lighting normally requires two connections to be made when it is installed:

  • A network connection, in order to be able to communicate with network equipments;
  • A power connection, to deliver the electrical power the LED lighting needs to operate

However, if the LED lighting is POE-enabled, only the network connection needs to be made, as it will receive its electrical power from this cable as well.

Power Line Communication (PLC) is a communication technology that enables sending data over existing power cables.

The PLC does not need extra cabling, it re-uses the existing wiring. Using PLC with our LiFiNet router, we can distribute connectivity everywhere.

You want to secure your intranet from hacking outdoors and protect your employees from RF waves, don’t wait.

With LiFiNet® we offer you a system of two-way wireless communication and no radio wavesat a very high speed safely.

All with a single device :
your LED lighting system.
